2012/5/17 The 2012 International Meeting for Future of Electron Devices, Kansai (IMFEDK2012) (hosted by IEEE EDS Kansai Chapter) was held at Kansai University from May 9 to 11. Mr. Norimitsu Wakama, a doctoral student of our laboratory, won the Student Paper Award．
