June 18, 2018 博士研究員の竹原浩成さん、博士課程前期２年の白髭大貴さんらが 2018 Symposia on VLSI Technology and Circuits において Best Demo Paper Award を受賞しました。 Prof. Jun Ohta's group (Dr. Hironari Takehara and Mr. Daiki Shirahige-M2 student), in partnership with scientists at the University of Tokyo, won the Best Demo Paper Award at 2018 Symposia on VLSI Technology and Circuits.
