Professor Uraoka has supervised and trained 78 doctoral students to date, including many international students and corporate researchers. In addition, through international collaborative research projects and academic activities in the semiconductor and display fields, he has made significant contributions to the development of global talents. Many of his former students are now playing leading roles in academia and industry.
