I am deeply honored to receive an Honorary Doctorate from the University Toulouse III Paul Sabatier, one of leading universities in Europe. I extend heartfelt gratitude to Professor G. Rapenne and colleagues in both universities, as well as to the staffs and students, for their unwavering support and collaboration. Over the years, our institutions have fostered extensive exchanges, including the dispatch and acceptance of over 70 graduate students, reciprocal Doctoral Double Degree Programs, and the establishment of international joint research laboratories. Witnessing many students from both sides develop into promising professionals of international experience and broad perspectives has been truly encouraging me. I see this Honorary Doctorate not only as recognition of my research activity but also as a milestone in expanding the international collaboration between our universities. I would cordially expect all of concerned parties mindful advice and continuous support with my deepest appreciation.
